How does crypto billing work?
You pay upfront for your chosen period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). We'll send a reminder before your subscription expires so you can renew.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. When you upgrade, you'll pay the prorated difference. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until it expires, then switches to the new plan.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your account reverts to the Free plan. All your profiles and data remain intact — you just lose access to Pro/Team features until you renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of crypto payments, we don't offer refunds. However, you can try all features with the Free plan before upgrading.
